Hiring a SOLID™ Home Inspection

I am at your service ... and I look forward to meeting you.

Here is what I bring to work for you:

• I follow the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors standards of practice (www.NACHI.org).
• I complete the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors Examination at least once per year (www.NACHI.org).
• I abide by a Code of Ethics.
• I abide by a continuing education committment.
• I run a locally owned and operated business.
• I am available on week-ends.
• I produce an on site comprehensive report, or a digital version via email.
• I am very thorough.
• I prefer to have you present during the entire inspection to benefit both of us.

These fees apply to Single Family homes and Town homes:

I charge $345	For homes up to 2,500 square feet
Over 2,500 square feet	I switch gears to fees based on the selling price of the home as follows:
$0 to 300,000	$345
$301,000 to 400,000	$365
$401,000 to 500,000	$410
$501,000 to 750,000	$465
$751,000 to 1,000,000	$565
$1.0 to 1,500,000	$700
$1.5 to 2,000,000	$850
